We want every family to love their Money Starts at Home books. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Here’s how our return process works.
How to Return an Item
Reach out
Email us within 30 days of delivery at info@moneystartsathome.com with your order number.
Pack it up
Books should be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging when possible.
Ship it back
We’ll share the return address. Customers cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Get refunded
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The Fine Print (Made Friendly)
30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your book arrives damaged or we sent the wrong title, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost. Please email a photo within 7 days.
Exchanges
Want a different title from the series? We’re happy to swap — you cover return shipping, we cover reshipment for your first exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital downloads, personalized items, and bulk school orders are non-refundable once fulfilled. Bulk orders can be discussed case by case.
